Guests at our party on Thursday should keep in mind that some of the street parking is only one hour and checked until 10PM.
We’ve reserved underground parking at a lot on Federal Street, which is accessible off Bryant St, from either 1st or 2nd Streets. Turn at Bryant Place (tiny street, the other way is an on-ramp to the Bay Bridge), and then take a right. The first ramp down on your left is the garage. They’re open till midnight and will charge $10.
A Challenge
We’re going to have whiteboards for people to write on here, and we’re going to challenge you to annotate these with an interesting use of Stickis. Each novel Stickis use wins a Stickis T-shirt, until we run out.
I’m going to start you out thinking by putting down my use to get the T-shirt I’ll be wearing to the party:
It’s the season of Peace. The news we’re Stickiing makes it clear there’s not a whole lot Peace around.
I’m going to put together a Sticki note with some well-chosen pictures in it on the homepages of major retailers where we’re all going to be spending money this season. In it, I’m going to suggest some places where you can spend some of that money on other people who don’t already have too much.
My friends will get to see that note when they go shopping. If they like they can forward it to their friends, who can reply, add to the list, share their perspectives and opinions. We can watch to see how this idea grows.
